Where It All Began
The inaugural South Florida Mental Wellness Summit & Expo brought together professionals, organizations, advocates, and community members from across South Florida for a day focused on resilience, healing, empowerment, and meaningful connection.
Hundreds of attendees gathered at the Charles F. Dodge City Center in Pembroke Pines to be part of something that had never been done before in our community. From keynote conversations to the Vendor and Community Resource Expo, the day was filled with energy, connection, and real impact.
The response from the community was extraordinary. What started as a vision for a more connected, wellness-informed South Florida became a day that reminded everyone in the room why this work matters.

The 2025 South Florida Mental Wellness Summit & Expo brought the community together for a full day of education, connection, and meaningful conversation at the Charles F. Dodge City Center in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The day featured keynote presentations, panel discussions, a Community Resource Expo, first responder engagement, community award recognition, and interactive wellness experiences. Hundreds of South Florida residents, professionals, advocates, and organizations came together under the theme Resilience in Action to build connections that extend well beyond a single event.
